Quick Answers
What details can I add to my digital profile?
You can add your name, phone number, WhatsApp, email, website, social links, location, Google review link, portfolio links, profile image and business logo.
How do team orders work?
For team orders, you can submit details for each person. Each member can have their own card details and their own landing page while still keeping the same company branding.
Do I get to approve the design before printing?
Yes. We email you a mockup of the card design and landing page. Printing only starts after you approve the design.
How long does production take?
Standard lead time is approximately 7–10 business days after approval, depending on current workload and order size.
Can I update my details later?
Yes. Your digital profile can be updated without reprinting the physical card, depending on the setup linked to your card.
Does the other person need an app?
No. The other person simply taps the card with a compatible phone or scans the QR code if available.
